Why do we have yoga? This time-tested regimen incorporates both physical and mental training.  Yoga teaches us how to calm the mind, improve balance, and bring strength to the whole body.  This is key to any fitness training and a great compliment to what we do in our ninja training.  Our certified instructor will lead you through a 60-minute, all levels class designed to improve strength, flexibility, and balance.  Our instructor Kenna Gallus is an RYT 500 with over 7 years of teaching experience.  She is trained in the Ashtanga tradition with experience in multiple styles!  Each class is capped at 8 participants.  Start and finish times coordinate with other ninja classes to provide you with a seamless experience if you are coming with a young one!  

Who is it for? First-timers to regulars.

Rules & Cautions

The minimum age to participate is 13.
