For camps, we take ten-minute breaks, every 20 minutes or so. The goal is to keep your child active while being aware of heat exhaustion. In addition, we will have fans, over 1,600 sq.ft. of sunshade and water. Your child will be reminded to hydrate during these breaks. Recommended ages are 6-15 (5-year-olds admitted with parental consent)
The organizer of this event is Kevin Hogan, a St. Michael resident and 2-time competitor on the TV show American Ninja Warrior. Ninjas United has been in the business of obstacle challenges for over 3 years. We have designed the camp to best optimize your child’s time with us during this outdoor event. For 2018, we are adding a 120-ft inflatable obstacle course and other lower-body obstacles! All coaches are certified in First Aid/CPR/AED. Parents with children under age 8 need to have an appointed chaperone or older sibling accompany the child for the entire duration of the camp. The minimum age to participate in the camp is 5 years old. For everyone’s safety, we will enclose almost the entirety of the obstacle setup with temporary perimeter barriers to keep the kids contained and safe. 2 portable restrooms will be available within close proximity to this area to further ensure safety. Please be part of our community this summer!
