Boot camp sessions are 1 hour in length. They include a warm-up, fat-burning circuit training, light obstacle instruction, and yoga stretching. The 6 sessions will build off one another. Minimum age is 18. For men and women of all skill levels.

Jarrod and Kenna are enthusiastic, personable coaches with a love for fitness. Coach Jarrod and Kenna have a background in circuit training, ninja warrior obstacles, and body conditioning. Kenna is a certified yoga instructor! Jarrod & Kenna
