What is Open Gym?
Coaches monitor the gym, but you’re free to do whatever you want after our safety warm-up. Sessions are 60 minutes. Open Gym is available each Saturday and Sunday. If you’re looking for M-F activities, please try a Mixed Class.
Who is Open Gym for?
Open Gym is suitable for all ages and caters to all skill levels. We have honed a gym layout so that all participants can enjoy the same space at the same time. Many adults join in to see if they have what it takes. For adult open gym Click here.
What is the cost?
Please book online ($18 includes tax). Alternatively, you can pay in person if space if available.
Minimum age is 7 or 48″ tall, whichever applies. If your child isn’t old/tall enough, please try a Wiggly Warrior class. Click here.
