Ninjas United FAQs

Ninjas United FAQs

Why do you have a minimum age/height requirements?

To prevent injury and maximize class focus, we have decided to set a minimum height/age requirement for all our classes. See specific details below

NinjaFocus: The minimum height is 48″ or 8 years old–whichever applies.

Yoga, NinjasCross, and NU Crew: Minimum age is set to 13 years old.

Can I bring my younger kids in to watch?

For your child’s safety and participant satisfaction, we ask that children under 5 are not brought into the facility except for speedy drop-off/pick-up situations. Children 5+ can enjoy the spectating experience as long as each child is well behaved and closely monitored. If a child wanders off and gets into mischieve, coaches will ask that the child is removed from the facility for everyone’s safety.

What is your Dress Code?
Full-length shirt. No hand jewelry (safety). No open-toe shoes. Wear shoes that have a rubber bottom (not foam). Foam leads to slipping on such things as the spider jump, warped walls, and other similar smooth surfaces.

What if my child can’t reach something?

Coaches do not spot or lift participants. If a participant is too short or uncoordinated to reach a certain obstacle, it is deemed dangerous for them. Lifting them to such a height would prove unwise.

Can I use hand chalk?

You may use any liquid chalk, but not powder. Powder does damage to the ventilation system and causes more mess. Thank you for respecting this rule.

Can bring food/drinks into the gym space?

Do not bring food or drink inside the main gym floor. Water is okay. Keep bottles and phones off the floor. Keep all personal items in the cubbies provided.

How early should I arrive?

Please arrive at least 10 minutes early to each class. Those that arrive more than 5 minutes late will not be permitted to join the class.

Do you offer refunds?

We do not allow for refunds. However, you can adjust a time with more than 48-hour notice.

All individuals who enter our facility (participant or not) must sign that location’s unique waiver

What are the basic requirements to use the Conditioning Space?

No one under 18 years old is allowed inside the space even for visiting purposes. Children, especially, should be kept outside of the space. Parents should help their/other children follow this rule. Only members with the correct membership type are allowed use.

How do I use the space?

You must reserve your spot prior to arriving. You can do so by going to the Schedule page and using your membership account to reserve a spot. This will not use one of your limited class credits. It should use a Conditioning access token (unlimited). Booking before class is crucial to ensure you have a spot. Access is based on first come first served. Please limit use to ONE-time block per day. Thank you!

Can I use the entire Conditioning Space?

Try to attend our free Intro to Weights and Specialized Equipment class before using our Olympic weights. We explain not only proper use of weights but give you instruction how to operate our other machines that are more complicated.

How many people can use the Conditioning Space at the same time?

For everyone’s safety and satisfaction, we have capped the use to 7 people per block of time.

Please return all equipment to its designated space and wipe down equipment using our disinfectant wipes.
