Athletic (complete) Focus!

We believe all ninja warrior enthusiasts benefit from a well-rounded athletic approach. Ever since we started in late 2014, we have focused on involving other athletes and learning from them. We constantly push the envelope on new methods and tools. We have tried our best to narrow our athletic focus in these five domains.

1: Ninja (technique & endurance)

2: Strength (weights & calisthenics) 

3: Agility (speed & efficiency)

4: Cardio (short & long distance)

5: Mobility (ROM & flexibility)

While our NinjaFocus classes are more geared to points 1-3 (calisthenics), we do offer other methods of exercise. We believe our NinjaCross classes bring into use all 5 of these domains. Try it out!
