Ninjas United FAQs
COVID-19 POLICY
In line with the current recommendations from the Minnesota Department of Health, we are not currently requiring masks within our facility. The only exception to this policy is our mask-only classes (currently offered Sunday at 9:15 AM). All participants and spectator are required to wear masks in our facility for mask-only timeslots. Ninjas United is committed to the safety and wellness of our members, participants, staff, and Ninjas families. These policies may change with updating guidance from state and federal authorities. We will communicate these changes as they occur.
What is the minimum age?
Mixed Classes & Open Gym: Minimum age is 6 (5 with a participating adult).
Adult Classes: 15+
Team Classes: Team athletes are grouped by skill and commitment level, there are no specific age requirements.
What is your Dress Code?
Standard athletic wear is preferred. Shoes are required for safe participation (agility obstacles, warped walls, and general gym traversal). We recommend tennis, cross-training, or climbing/Ninja shoes. For safety reasons, we ask that you remove hand jewelry prior to participating.
What if my child can’t reach something?
Height and reach are important indicators of an athlete’s ability to safely engage an obstacle. Our obstacles and courses are purposefully designed to place more challenging obstacles out of reach of younger athletes. Assistance in reaching an obstacle may be provided at our coaches’ discretion. Fortunately, we have many obstacles that are perfect (and reachable) for younger participants.
Can I use hand chalk?
Liquid chalk is welcome and available for sale in our facility. Powered chalk is not allowed due to the damage it causes to the ventilation system.
Can bring food/drinks into the gym space?
Do not bring food or colored drink inside the main gym floor. Water is okay. Keep bottles and phones off the floor. Keep all personal items in the cubbies provided.
How early should I arrive?
Please arrive at least 10 minutes early to each class.
Do you offer refunds?
We do not allow for refunds. However, you can adjust a time with more than 48-hour notice.
All individuals who enter our facility (participant or not) must sign that location’s unique waiver
