Ninja Warrior Competitions for Kids & Adults!
Upcoming Competitions
Ninjas United will be participating in more ninja leagues this year: North Central Ninja Series (NCNS), Ultimate Ninja Athlete Association (UNAA), Federation of International Ninja Athletics (FINA), and World Ninja League (WNL). We also host two Beginners’ Competitions each year. Competitions are a great way for athletes to demonstrate their skills and connect with the wider ninja community. All registration can be completed through ninjamasterapp.com. Below is our 2026 schedule.

Halloween Beginners’ Competition
October 31st and November 1st, 2026
Beginner Competition Q and A
We are thrilled to be hosting one of our favorite events: Ninjas United’s Beginners’ Competition. This event is perfect for athletes at the fundamentals level. Not only does it provide an opportunity for them to showcase what they’ve been working on in class, but it builds confidence and motivates them to continue working hard at developing their American Ninja Warrior skills. The competition will be run just like any league competition: randomized run orders, walkthrough videos, 10-obstacle course, 4:00 time limit, and podiums. We will also be live streaming this event so that relatives from out of town can watch!
How do I sign up for the competition?
You can sign up on the Ninja Master App here: https://ninjamasterapp.com/events/7118-halloween-beginners-competition
You do not need a subscription to register.
Who can compete?
Anyone ages 3 to adult who hasn’t placed in the top 5 in one of our previous Beginners’ Competitions or has competed in three or fewer ninja competitions (some exceptions apply). We will have the following age brackets: 3U, 5U, 7U, 7U Team, 9U, 11U, 13U, and 14+. Boys and girls will have separate divisions.
When does registration close?
Registration will close on October 29th, 2026
What age bracket do I sign up for?
(based on your child’s age the day of the competition)
3 year olds = 3U
4-5 year olds = 5U
6-7 year olds = 7U
7U Team = 7U Team (All 7U Team members, regardless of number of competitions, are allowed to compete in the separate 7U Team division.)
8-9 year olds = 9U
10-11 year olds = 11U
12-13 year olds = 13U
Over 13 years old = 14+
What is the schedule?

The cost is $40 per athlete and spectators are FREE!
Will athletes know the course beforehand?
A walkthrough video with rules and demos will be sent out on Friday evening. Athletes will also get a brief in-person Q&A with coaches prior to the start of their age wave.
How is this competition different from a regular competition?
While most league-based American Warrior Competitions require a minimum of 6 years of age, our competition allows for kids as young as 3 to compete! The course will be age appropriate, the coaches will be running alongside your athlete, and your family will be able to videotape on the floor if you’d like.
Why compete?
Competing provides an opportunity for athletes to demonstrate what they’ve been working on in class. Like soccer has games, and tennis has matches, ninja warrior has competitions. It’s a platform for kids to see their hard work pay off. Furthermore, competing teaches kids how to win with grace and lose with dignity. That can be a hard skill to learn, but Ninjas United coaches are here to support your athletes. I personally think there is a lot to gain from competing (learning to manage nerves, learning to fall and keep going, cheering on friends, etc).
